Welcome into the Prop Rental Library
A curated collection of secondhand gems, vintage treasures, and one-of-a-kind handmade finds with each piece chosen to bring color, character, and soul to your creative projects.
Here, you’ll find props, furniture, and objects available for rent, or I can source and fabricate pieces tailored to your vision. My favorite projects are the ones that invite curiosity and play: photo shoots, styled events, set design, or even a home space that’s ready for a cozy reimagining.
Quick notes if you’re new here:
• Prop reservations are needed 48 hours in advance if you are reaching out Monday - Thursday and 72 hours in advance if you are reaching out Friday - Sunday.
• Props can be rented starting at a 7-day duration, additional days can be added on with a fee. Returns are due back by 6pm on the final day of your rental.
• 50% of your rental invoice is due before pick-up / delivery. Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, or processed online with a card. Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Checks should be made out to Grace Pritchett.
• The item price shown is the rental price for 7 days. Some items are available for purchase to own (you’ll see the green stickers that say “available to purchase). The purchase price is different than the rental price so please reach out if you’d like to buy anything below outright.
Customization is possible and if you’d like a specific item to be painted, dyed, or changed aesthetically, there will be a fee charged to cover material and labor costs. If you’re looking for something specific to be fabricated or sourced, please reach out with reference images and a budget in mind.
The Rental Process
Please fill out the form below with your contact info, desired rental start date, items to rent, delivery preference, and method of payment. I will do my best to accommodate the desired rental start date but cannot guarantee that everything will be available. Once the form is submitted, I will follow up with an invoice and Prop Rental Agreement to get the reservation started.
Additional Prop Rental FAQs
Please read the Prop Rental Agreement for additional info about the prop rental process. Any interested renters will need to sign and submit the form along with a deposit before receiving props.
